工艺工程师Process Engineer

Responsible for the engine assembly line process optimization work, swiftly resolve on-line abnormalities and drive equipment improvement to support manufacturing needs. and be able to collaborate with Production, Quality, SPS, Logistics, Procurement, etc.; dealing with other issues.

Responsibility

• Process design and optimization for the engine assembly line
• Onsite problem -solving aim at the problems happened during the normal production which including equipment, process, incoming materials, etc.
• Engine assembly line risk identification and be able to set up the improvement countermeasures(Safety, equipment, process, quality etc.)
• Mange the engine assembly line continue improvement likely mitigate the equipment safety risk, reduce the line stop, improve product quality, decrease the automatic stations cycle time, etc)
• Take lead of PPS (Problem – solving).
• Be able to handle the new project and professional with project KPI management (QCD).
• Utilize quality tools for problem analysis and problem solving.
• Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
• Actively participate in workshops, project and decision meetings, represent the project team in cross functional meetings, present status.
• Obey the organization’s working arrangements.
• Other related tasks as assigned. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering mechanical.
• Proficient in English, orally and in writing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with Microsoft, CAD
• 5+years working experience in OEM and engine machining & assembly is more preferred.
• Lean work-related experience preferred
• Very strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management skills and in-time delivery awareness further could meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of Lean production, risk assessment, P-FMEA, Six Sigma. 岗位职责： 负责发动机装配线整体工艺方案设计与持续优化； 针对量产过程中设备、工艺、来料零部件等各类现场故障开展一线问题攻关； 开展发动机装配线全维度风险识别（覆盖安全、设备、工艺、质量等模块），制定落地改善对策；

牵头发动机装配线持续性改善项目：降低设备安全隐患、减少产线停线时长、提升成品质量、压缩自动化工位节拍等；

主导 PPS 标准化问题闭环流程（问题解决机制）落地推进； 承接新项目落地工作，熟练运用 QCD（质量、成本、交期）指标开展项目全周期绩效管理； 熟练运用各类质量分析工具开展问题根因分析与整改落地； 使用办公软件编制设备技术类复杂技术文件，负责专项数据采集、汇总，编制专项工作报告； 主动参与技术研讨、项目例会及决策会议，代表项目组出席跨部门联席会议，同步项目进度与工作状态； 服从公司整体工作调度与安排； 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。 任职要求： 机械工程及相关专业本科及以上学历； 英语口语、书面读写能力熟练； 具备较强逻辑分析能力与问题解决能力；

熟练使用 Office 办公套件、CAD 绘图软件；

5 年及以上主机厂发动机机加工、装配工艺从业经验优先；

拥有精益生产实操经验优先；

突出的故障排查与问题解决能力；

优秀的沟通表达与跨部门协作能力；

优秀的时间管理能力，具备极强的节点交付意识，可严格保障工作按期交付； 掌握精益生产、风险评估、过程失效模式及影响分析（P-FMEA）、六西格玛相关专业知识。
