Mission/Position Headline Design automated production line processes, optimize mass production, resolve on-site manufacturing issues and build standard process systems to maintain stable, high-efficiency and high-yield line operation.

Areas Of Responsibilities

• Lead the intelligent manufacturing upgrade of the production line, complete automation solution research, feasibility analysis, and implementation, and achieve dual improvement of production efficiency and product yield.
• Responsible for the full process promotion of automation projects, from requirement docking, scheme design, equipment selection to on-site installation and commissioning, controlling project progress and delivery quality throughout the entire process.
• Establish a data collection system for the production line, connect the data link between the automation equipment and the upper management system, and achieve visual monitoring of the production process.
• Resolve technical bottlenecks during the renovation process, optimize automation operation logic, develop standardized solutions for reusable production line upgrades, and synchronously complete the writing of technical documents for the entire project process.
• Establish daily operation and maintenance standards for equipment after the delivery of automation projects to ensure the long-term stable operation of intelligent production lines.
• Design of production line fixtures to serve production line optimization for both automated and non-automated projects.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in production line automation transformation in manufacturing enterprises.
• At least 1 year of designing tooling and fixtures.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above, major in automation, mechatronics, mechanical electronics, electrical automation
