Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize precision cleaning processes (e.g., ultrasonic cleaning, aqueous cleaning, solvent cleaning).
• Establish and maintain cleaning parameters (temperature, time, chemistry, agitation, etc.).
• Monitor process performance and implement improvements to enhance yield and efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for cleaning defects and contamination issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards (Semiconductor)
• Work closely with QA/QC to define cleanliness acceptance criteria and testing methods.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Perform risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure Engineering Department activities comply with QEMS requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Train operators and technicians on cleaning processes and best practices.
• Monitor and control chemical usage, waste, and environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, and other engineering skills will be an advantage.
