PROCESS ENGINEER

About the role

The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, monitoring, and continuously improving production processes to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective plant operations. This role plays a key role in driving operational excellence, minimizing process losses, and supporting the plant's overall productivity and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and continuously improve production processes to achieve optimal efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Evaluate equipment, systems, and workflows regularly to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner
• Keep process documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical specifications accurate and up to date
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all production processes
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support smooth plant operations
