Process Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 The target of the job: Lead the process system development, mass production launch, quality improvement and manufacturing optimization for heat pump products. Drive continuous improvement, solve complex production issues, and support high-volume, high-quality manufacturing for air-source and commercial heat pumps. Job Descriptions:

• Establish and optimize the overall manufacturing process system for heat pump products, formulate process standards, quality control points, and stable mass production solutions.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of critical process abnormalities and batch quality issues, implement permanent corrective and preventive actions to improve the first pass yield.
• Participate in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) review during new product development, reduce production difficulty and cost, and shorten NPI (New Product Introduction) cycle.
• Promote production line automation, semi-automation and lean improvement projects to improve efficiency, reduce labor cost and enhance OEE.
• Organize cross-functional continuous improvement projects including cost reduction, quality enhancement, energy saving and waste reduction.
• Cooperate with suppliers to improve component quality and process capability, and support material standardization.
• Complete process documentation standardization, team training, 6S management and system compliance (ISO9001, ISO14001).
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support daily production management. Qualifications:
• Bachelor' s degree or above in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Mechatronics or related.
• At least 3–5 years of working experience as a Process / Production Engineer in heat pump, HVAC or refrigeration industry.
• Profound knowledge of heat pump system principles, assembly process, testing standards and industry specifications.
• Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, PFMEA, SPC, DOE and lean manufacturing methods.
• Proven experience in new product launch, process optimization and cost-down projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Office software; strong project management and cross-team communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and lead technical improvement.
