Make PFMEA, control plan and Q-alert for the defect we found in process.
FATP failure analysis and corrective action for project
Support customer audit and any problem of MFG.
Support NPI and CIE/sustain control run for other model, provide production report / MIL / OIL.
Q&A for qualified new operator about work procedure.
Feedback issue in production line real time and coordinate with other teams to solve the issue. (MFG, QA, NPI, EQ, PTE)
