Process Engineer

About the role

Design and define machine assembly processes, analyze machine working methods, and resolve production-related issues. Analyze manpower requirements and estimate working hours for machine assembly, piping installation, and welding activities. Design jigs and fixtures to support assembly processes and improve productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and define machine assembly processes
• Analyze machine working methods and resolve production-related issues
• Analyze manpower requirements and estimate working hours for machine assembly, piping installation, and welding activities
• Design jigs and fixtures to support assembly processes and improve productivity
• Prepare and maintain assembly drawings, technical documentation, and work instructions using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient execution of assembly activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, cost, and productivity

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in machine assembly, jig & fixture design, or related manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of machine assembly, welding processes, machining processes, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and piping drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD 2D/3D, and Autodesk Inventor
• Familiarity with AI applications is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good teamwork, accountability, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure
