Process Engineer (Operations & Continuous Improvement)

We’re looking for a Process Engineer to take ownership of process improvement across our manufacturing operations. This is a highly visible role where you’ll have the freedom to shape processes, build structure, and drive meaningful change across the plant .

You will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for process improvement, working cross-functionally with all departments to improve safety, efficiency, and performance. This role sits on the leadership team and reports directly to the VP of Operations , offering strong growth potential .

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive process improvement initiatives across the entire plant
• Partner with production, maintenance, safety, and leadership teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Develop, standardize, and improve workflows, SOPs, and operating procedures
• Lead projects from idea through implementation, with a focus on sustainable results
• Use data, KPIs, and team input to continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity
• Act as the go-to process expert for the facility
• Help build and refine systems, tools, and processes— making the role your own

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or similar)
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations
• Experience driving process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
• Strong ability to work across teams and influence change
• Comfortable in a hands-on, plant-based environment
