Process Engineer

Responsibility :

• To be responsible for the production of injection process, De-gating & packing process.

• Making and update work instruction all Injection process, De-gating & packing process.

• Identify and initiate actions on nonconformity relating to product and process, verifying to ensure effectiveness.

• Ensure proper control of process and that they are in good working conditions.

• Provide solutions to problems encountered by staff.

• Recommend quality improvement measures to the immediate superior.

• verify customer supplied production equipment.

• understand core tools FMTF, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP

• Training (Quality, Inspection Method, Rework/Sorting Method and Packing Method) of QA Inspectors when necessary.

• Work with QA Leader / Engineer on problem solving when out of control is found.

• Monitor and expedite in-house operations to ensure 100% on time delivery is achieved.

• Have a knowledge about 5S & small kaizen, QCC activities, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001

Qualification :

• Becher Degree or Engineer or related field.

• Experience 2-4 years in manufacturing of plastic injection.

• Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking.

• Good command of English.

• Computer Skill (Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto cad, solid work)

• able to read calculate and understand drawing well.
