Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Analyze and resolve on-site process abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to improve production efficiency and process stability.
  负责现场工艺异常分析与处理，识别根本原因，制定并实施有效的纠正及预防措施，提升生产效率及制程稳定性。
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve process capability, yield, productivity, and overall production performance.
  持续优化生产工艺，提高制程能力、良率、生产效率及整体生产表现。
• Support new product and new process introduction (NPI), including process validation, trial production, process optimization, and mass production ramp-up.
  支持新产品及新工艺导入（NPI），包括工艺验证、试产、工艺优化及量产爬坡。
• Prepare, review, and maintain process engineering documents, including Process Flow Chart, Control Plan (CP), PFMEA, SOP, work instructions, and other relevant technical documentation.
  编制、审核及维护工艺工程相关文件，包括流程图、控制计划（CP）、PFMEA、SOP、作业指导书及其他相关技术文件。
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment, and other cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  与生产、品质、设备及其他相关部门密切合作，解决现场工艺问题并推动持续改善。

Requirements | 任职要求

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
  工程、制造、机电或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the lithium battery manufacturing industry.
  具备1年以上锂电池制造行业相关工作经验。
• Strong knowledge of lithium battery manufacturing processes and relevant process engineering principles.
  熟悉锂电池生产制造流程及相关工艺工程技术知识。
• Knowledge or experience in IATF 16949 and Quality Management Systems (QMS) will be an added advantage.
  具备IATF 16949及质量管理体系（QMS）相关知识或经验者优先。
• Proven experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and production optimization.
  具备工艺改善、根因分析、问题解决及生产优化相关经验。
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
  具备良好的分析、沟通、协调及现场问题解决能力。
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with engineering documentation and data analysis.
  熟练使用Microsoft Office，熟悉工程文件编制及数据分析。
