About the Process Engineer role

The ideal candidate should be able to own the production process from planning, procurement, and assurance and everything in between to make sure operations are as seamless as possible. We are looking for a candidate who is resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive. As well as a candidate with a shar eye for process improvement and bottleneck resolution.

A Process Engineer’s duties & responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

• Assuring reliable and efficient flow of production operations
• Following and achieving quality and safety standards constantly
• Constantly learning industry trends and current rates to determine next steps and strategies
• Ensuring compliance of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Finding ways of improving processes and workflows
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO based on the different demands faced by the company

The initial salary range for this role is from PHP 25,000 - 30,000 and is commensurate to applicant skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in the field of manufacturing and production unless the candidate has exhibited remarkable results academically or professionally. In such cases, relevant experience can be less than five (5) years, commensurate with achievements
• Must have comprehensive, actionable, and immediately relevant technical knowledge in the field of manufacturing and process flow
• Must have an Engineering degree
• Relevant Master’s degree is a huge advantage
