Process Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Process & Assembly Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will support manufacturing and assembly process development, process setup and optimization, production efficiency improvement, cost reduction, quality enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will also support New Product Introduction (NPI), tooling and production line setup, process capability improvement, and digital transformation through data analytics and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, setup, optimize, Development Processes and create work instructions to control, improve productivity and product quality.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including process design review, design tooling, tooling preparation, and Production line setup include qualified.
• Drive Process Capability improvement, Productivity, cost reduction, and waste elimination.
• Troubleshoot Process daily issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production, quality, and manufacturing challenges.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and quality concerns.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
• Utilize digital tools, data analytics, and AI solutions to enhance process efficiency, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Prepare engineering reports, technical documentation, and presentations.
• Provide technical training and guidance to production operators and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, assembly, or industrial engineering will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles.
• Knowledge of Process Capability, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good leadership skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated interest in data analytics, automation, digital transformation, and AI technologies to improve engineering and business processes.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• TOEIC score of 500 or above.
