Reporting to the 工艺经理, the Process Engineer-钣金工艺 role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• 负责 AMADA 数控冲床和折弯编程、板材排版工作，确保程序准确性与排版合理性。
• 通过优化编程排版、调整加工参数等方式，提升现场生产效率，降低加工周期。
• 重点优化板材排版方案，提高板材利用率，控制物料损耗成本。
• 积极参与公司精益生产项目，提出工艺、设备、效率等方面的改进建议，营造部门持续改进氛围。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 大专及以上学历，10年以上数控冲床工作经验。
• 编程软件：熟练使用RADAN专用数控编程软件。
• 设计与办公软件：熟练操作AutoCAD（绘图）、SolidWorks（三维建模） ，及 Excel（数据统计）
• 精通激光，转塔，折弯的工艺编辑
• 能独立完成AMADA EN2510 &EN3610数控冲床的编程、排版、操作全流程，具备丰富的实操经验。
• 具备熟练英语
• 具备图纸解读、工艺分析能力，能根据图纸转化为可执行的加工方案。
• 具备问题解决能力，能快速定位加工。
• 具备成本意识与精益思维，能从生产全流程优化效率与成本
