PROCESS ENGINEER

Job Summary

Drive Operational Excellence initiatives within the plant by leading and coordinating improvement activities across various operational pillars. This role will identify process improvement opportunities, facilitate cross-functional problem solving, and develop employee capabilities to build a culture of continuous improvement. The position will ensure improvement initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained to enhance plant efficiency, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.

Qualifications

1. Minimum D3–S1 in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

2. 3–5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, or related roles.

3. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TPS, TQM, and/or WCM practices.

4. Experienced in process analysis, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving.

5. Good understanding of GMP and Quality Management Systems (ISO).

6. Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP/ERP; knowledge of CAD is an advantage.
