Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and improve engineering processes, procedures, and workflows for construction and industrial projects.
• Monitor project processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Prepare and review process documentation, technical reports, work procedures, and project records.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, procurement, construction, and project teams to resolve technical and process-related issues.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring process improvement and optimization activities.
• Conduct inspections, data analysis, and process evaluations as required.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with company policies, project requirements, and applicable engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in process engineering, industrial projects, manufacturing, construction, EPC, or energy projects is an advantage but not required for fresh graduates.
• Knowledge of process design, engineering calculations, technical documentation, and process improvement is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
