Process Engineer

Our client is a specialist in logistics and warehouse services.

We are seeking an analytical and proactive Process Engineer to support process improvement and operational excellence across warehouse and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse warehouse and packing processes, identify issues, and implement process improvements.
• Collect and analyse operational data to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Develop and improve SOPs, Work Instructions, process flows, and warehouse processes.
• Apply Lean and Industrial Engineering principles, such as Process Mapping, VSM, and Time Studies.
• Support customer requirements and continuous improvement projects.
• Work closely with Operations and other departments to identify process gaps and develop effective solutions.
• Support WMS, ERP, and other system-related issues by coordinating with the Singapore IT/technical team for troubleshooting and resolution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project proposals for customers and management.
• Support and lead small process improvement projects as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Process, or IT Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS/ERP, Lean, Process Mapping, VSM, or Time Studies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, internal teams, and overseas teams.
• Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.
