What they need
- Ensure that all procedures or instructions established and generated are executed at all times in adherence with the set documentation and approved methods.
- Recommend work methods or techniques to increase efficiency, improve level of effectiveness and workmanship while reducing cost.
- Verify or confirm rejection criteria newly set by customer for proper referencing by production operations inspection personnel.
- Inspect and verify line problem/rejects incurred during production runs and provide containment and/or corrective & preventive action as required, to control the issues and avoid recurrence.
- Responsible for the investigation and analysis of customer feedback/s and generate corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor, implement and establish effectiveness of all productivity and cost saving projects.
