What they need

Responsible for improving and maintaining efficient production processes in the corrugated box manufacturing plant. Ensures product quality, reduces waste, and supports continuous improvement in operations.

Key Duties:

Monitor and analyze production processes and machine performance.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Prepare process reports and maintain standard procedures.
Support trials and process adjustments for new products.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Industrial, Mechanical, or Packaging Engineering.
With experience in manufacturing is advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork.
