  • Support production teams with process troubleshooting and day-to-day operational issues
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and problem-solving tools
  • Support commissioning and optimisation of new equipment and process changes
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and control procedures

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, problem solving, and operational optimisation
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices

WHY JOIN US?

  • Excellent remuneration package in recognition of the role's responsibilities and the operational requirements of a manufacturing environment
  • Employee benefits such as discounts on banking, travel insurance, Health & Fitness, Home appliances, local retailers and more
  • Opportunity for career progression within our global organisation
  • Safe and supportive work environment by providing an Employee Assistance Program
