Process Engineer

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Engineering or any related technical course.
• With at least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in an engineering position.
• With experience and knowledge in die cutting and stamping press machines.
• Experienced in process improvement, 4M Change, and engineering reports.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and part layouts.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and able to prepare basic process drawings/layouts.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Strong leadership skills and able to lead and support production operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve production processes.
• Identify production problems and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain engineering reports and process documents.
• Review technical drawings and production requirements.
• Assist in process improvement and 4M Change activities.
• Provide technical support to the Production team.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues.
