  • Build strong partnerships with manufacturing and maintenance teams to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Plan, manage, and execute project schedules effectively and efficiently
  • Justify, budget, and monitor capital expenditure (CapEx) projects
  • Assess manufacturing processes, collect measurements, and analyze complex operational data
  • Create, maintain, and improve process documentation and operating procedures
  • Support equipment assessments and customer issue resolution efforts through occasional travel to other Zekelman facilities

  • Ability to interpret complex mechanical and electro-technical drawings
  • Experience working collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet demanding deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and shop-floor personnel
  • Proficiency with CAD, AutoCAD, and/or Inventor
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and communicate complex information clearly and effectively
  • Adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused under pressure
