Process Engineer  (Welcome New Graduate)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects across machine operations, line layout, workplace ergonomics, and environmental safety to meet customer demand efficiently.
• Manage and monitor projects to ensure timely completion according to planned schedules.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Research and implement new technologies, machinery, tools, and working methods to support new product models and enhance manufacturing performance.
• Optimize processes to reduce operational costs while maintaining high product quality standards.
• Drive quality control initiatives and continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and production capacity.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including work instructions, specifications, check sheets, and provide technical support to the production team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality and safety improvement programs.
• Provide accurate reports, data analysis, and actionable insights to support management decision-making.
• Actively participate in company initiatives and standards such as ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 5S, Kaizen, QCC, Energy Management, Industry 4.0, and TPM.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Section Chief, Department Manager, or General Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronic engineering or related field.
• Good personality, strong problem-solving, good interpersonal skills, decision making and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, initiative and creative thinking.
• Completed military service or exempted (for male candidates).

Job Skills:

• Good English Reading, Writing and Speaking Skills.
• Electrical Skill (Circuit Power, Circuit Control, Reading and Analyze)
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CAD, SolidWorks )
