Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute engineering activities aligned with strategic objectives and project timelines.
• Propose, plan, and implement preventive and improvement measures to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Facilitate coordination and negotiations for effective execution of engineering initiatives among teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor process control and performance to ensure adherence to operational standards and compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Resilient and optimistic with a positive mindset in demanding work environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and quickly adapt to new challenges.
• Team-oriented and proactive, while capable of working independently.
• Self-driven and dependable, performing with minimal supervision and managing stress effectively.
