Process Engineer

工作职责

1、制订或参与制订工艺实验的方案，并对方案实施的结果进行分析，得出结论；

2、参与行业调研，针对工艺技术路线等信息进行收集和整理并确定设备的工艺技术方向；

3、进行硬件评估、具备一定问题设计及解决的能力；

4、完成客户Demo或者设备研发工艺试验，并保持良好的技术交流，支持产品销售；

5、联合机械、电气、软件工程师，保证产品研发进度及工艺结果；

6、其他直接上级交办的工作等；

任职资格

1、硕士及以上学历，材料或者物理、化学等相关专业；

2、从事工艺研发工作1-3年，具有混合键合工艺经验；

3、了解产品的工艺设计流程，有行业调研经验；

4、具备工艺研发领域独立工作的能力，积极主动，团队合作意识较强；

5、特别优秀者可放宽要求。

Responsibilities：

• Develop and participate in developing process experiment plans, analyze implementation results and draw conclusions.
• Take part in industry research, collect and organize information on process and technical routes, and define the process and technical direction of equipment.
• Conduct hardware evaluation, with the capability to identify, design and resolve relevant problems.
• Complete customer demos or process tests for equipment R&D, maintain effective technical communication, and support product sales.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical and software engineers to ensure R&D progress and process performance of products.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications：

• Master's degree or above, major in Materials, Physics, Chemistry or other related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of working experience in process R&D, with hands-on experience in hybrid bonding processes.
• Familiar with product process design workflow and have industry research experience.
• Capable of independent work in process R&D, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
• Requirements may be waived for exceptionally qualified candidates.
