PROCESS ENGINEER

BACK OF LINE PROCESS ENGINEER:
✔Graduate of BS ECE/ BS EE/ BS CPE
✔Male/Female
✔With related experience in PCBA manufacturing company.
✔With hands-on experience in manual soldering, rework and repair of PCBs.
✔ With experience in process improvement, yield improvement and defect reduction.
✔Ability to work with production, quality and design teams.
✔With strong ability to read and understand electronics schematics, PCB drawings and BOMs.
✔With experience in jig and fixture design using Solid Works or other CAD tools.
✔Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

SMT PROCESS ENGINEER:
With experience in SMT manufacturing and process Engineering
With strong knowledge of SMT Processes: solder paste printing, pick & place, reflow soldering.
Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, PCB layouts and BOM.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
With experience in yield improvement, defect reduction and process optimization.
Willing to work in shifting schedules.
