Process Engineer

• The Process Engineer designs and optimizes batch manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• They develop and document manufacturing procedures, lead pilot trials and production validation, and ensure smooth commercial production for in-house and third-party operations.
• The role focuses on improving efficiency, profitability, and product quality, while troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry.

Cosmetic Science or any related field.

• Soft Skills: Creative, Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a team player.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the transfer of thoughts and data.

• Excellent Project Management, strong organizational skills, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Able to perform statistical analysis from testing data to assess specification values.
• Preferably with 5 years of experience in the personal care industry/ cosmetics, and manufacturing.
• Willing to be assigned to Plaridel, Bulacan.
