What they need

We are currently looking for three (3) Process Engineers with the following qualifications:

1. Process Engineer – SMT (Back-End Assembly / Box Build)

Graduate of any Engineering course
With relevant experience in SMT Back-End Assembly and/or Box Build Assembly
Knowledgeable in process improvement, troubleshooting, and manufacturing operations

2. Process Engineer – COB Machine

Graduate of any Engineering course
With hands-on experience in COB (Chip-on-Board) Machine processes
Capable of supporting process development, optimization, and equipment-related improvements

3. Process Engineer – Coil Assembly

Graduate of any Engineering course
With relevant experience in Soldering and Coil Assembly Manufacturing
Knowledgeable in process control, yield improvement, and troubleshooting of coil assembly processes

All candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
