Process Engineer （偏化工工艺方向）

• Be responsible for the establishment of MACs and BOMs.
• Develop and implement process improvements resulting in unit capability improvement (MAC, variability reduction, quality, specifications) in line with business priorities.
• Take HSE/PSM element owner such as MOC,PHA,PSI owner, SOP coordinator etc.
• Be involved in site Capex/Opex project management.
• Perform asset/process optimization, lead the troubleshooting on process problem.
• Drive continuous improvement in process safety, OEE, yield and quality.
• Lead engineering & technology support to other functions.
• Provide calculation models for calculating impact of defined process variations.
• Structurally eliminate technology and material losses (PEM); support elimination of other losses by providing process expertise.
• As a process owner for two process/utility units. 任职要求：
• Chemical Engineering or relevant major, Master preferred or Bachelor compensated by proven capability.
• No less than 5 year working experience in chemical plant, strong experience and capability on operation/project/engineering/technology/design. (show proficient in process/operation philosophy, including process control, SIS, MOC, PSI etc).
• Have certain risk assessment experiences; be familiar with risk assessment tools like LOPA HAZOP/FEMA etc.
• Fluent English skill in written and oral.
