- Apply structured methods (5-Why, PDCA, 8D) to resolve production issues, machine abnormalities, and quality defects, while contributing solutions to improve manufacturability and reduce variation.
- Improve HVM production processes, including cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, tooling enhancement, fixture qualification, and equipment performance, while participating in machine buy-off, upgrades and capability improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update Process Control Plans, Work Instructions, and FMEA+, ensure processes remain stable and within control limits, and strengthen risk controls through Control Tower elements such as SPC dashboards, pre-alerts, and ZDM behavior.
- Follow and implement safety procedures, chemical and equipment handling standards, and machine safety protocols, while actively reporting hazards and promoting a zero-incident, high-compliance environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance and equipment teams to execute preventive maintenance schedules, assist in equipment troubleshooting and machine recovery, and perform performance checks to ensure high uptime and reliability.
