Process Engineer

• Create and implement efficient processes for production.
• Analyze process performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, leading to increased efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor existing workflows and conduct research to develop and implement best practices.
• Provide technical support and expertise to identify and solve process-related problems in real-time.
• Generate 2D & 3D models for design review and verification on tooling, jig and machine parts.
• Inspect tooling and create tooling inspection report.
• Develop, revise and maintain controlled document.
• Carry out engineering test on testing, reliability, and qualify process & product.
• Develop new product and process.
• Provide engineering solution for improvement in process.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates and experiences candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing process, production operations, and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with any following manufacturing process will be an advantage: reverse engineering (3D scanning tools), CNC programming and machining, operate laser marking machine, tooling and fixture fabrication.
• Required skills: 2D & 3D CAD design software (AutoCAD(must), Solidworks), MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Language required: English & Mandarin
