Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree from a Top 20 public university in Indonesia.
2. Major in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3. Minimum 1 years of work experience in production/process, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
4. Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes, including process and machine parameters.
5. Knowledge of Fiber Optics and glass materials is an advantage. Strong skills in manpower management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
6. Knowledge of PDCA, QC 7 Tools, and Lean Manufacturing. Able to prepare reports and presentations.
7. Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Good command of English and Microsoft Office.

Job Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage Shift Engineer and production manpower.
2. Monitor and optimize production processes and operating methods.
3. Control and adjust process equipment parameters.
4. Handle process abnormalities and troubleshoot production issues.
5. Analyze production data and provide improvement recommendations.
6. Conduct training for Shift Engineers, Chief Operators, and Operators based on SOP.
7. Develop and maintain Process SOPs and Work Instructions (WI).
8. Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, and HSE requirements.
9. Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly production reports.
10. Implement 6S and continuous improvement activities.
11. Perform other production-related tasks as assigned by the Chief Process Engineer and Production Director.
