Process Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste
• Identify and solve process problems through Root Cause Analysis and preventive actions
• Monitor and analyze process performance data and prepare reports and recommendations
• Implement Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement projects
• Develop and improve process standards and related work instructions
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other related departments
• Support the implementation of technology and automation to improve production efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields (Fresh graduates and candidates without work experience are welcome to apply)
• Experience in Process, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement skills
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and relevant engineering software
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• Able to communicate in English and understand technical documents
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety standards
