Process Engineer

Job Qualification

• Engineering Graduate
• With at least 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Production Engineer
• Knowledgeable in process improvement
• Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving
• Knowledgeable in PFMEA and Quality Control Tools

Job Description

• Participate in the development and implementation process requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze and improve production methods for quality and productivity.
• Provides data with first level analysis to Production/QA/Planning for further analysis towards improvement
• Conduct and facilitate meetings
• Verifies the conduct of Planning for Product Realization and its implementation
• Prepares inspection items and criteria
• Process documentation and standardization
• Represents the company in customer process audits
• Conducts Troubleshooting of products
