What they need
Role & responsibilities
Monitor and optimize plant processes: crushing, grinding, screening, flotation, dewatering & thickening
Conduct process audits, metallurgical accounting, and improve recovery & grade
Trouble-shoot process bottlenecks and implement process control measures
Ensure compliance with safety, environment, and quality standards
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical and Production teams for smooth plant operations
Maintain process data, reports, and suggest improvements for cost & energy reduction
Preferred candidate profile
Education: B.Tech in Mineral Processing / Chemical / Metallurgical Engineering
Experience: 3-6 years in ore dressing, mineral beneficiation, or fertilizer plant preferred
Knowledge: Rock phosphate processing, flotation, classification, slurry handling, process optimization
Skills: Data analysis, problem solving, familiarity with plant trials and lab coordination
