About the Role

This role focuses on applying process improvement methodologies to evaluate, design, and document enterprise-level processes across a large-scale IT program. You’ll work directly with project teams to standardize onboarding, requirements intake, and engineering workflows using modern collaboration tools. As a key cross-team coordinator, you’ll drive consistency and integration of process improvement efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities

Evaluate existing and proposed processes, documenting findings and recommendations for improvement

Develop and maintain process documentation using Confluence, Jira, and Git

Standardize onboarding processes, documentation practices, and requirements intake workflows

Facilitate project team activities through group facilitation, interviews, and training sessions

Coordinate transfer of new processes and best practices across multiple project teams

Apply process engineering methodologies across all phases of acquisition and development

Serve as an enterprise-wide integration point between project teams to align engineering efforts

Required Qualifications

Experience with process improvement, process engineering, and methodology development

Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and Git

Experience in facilitation and training for technical or acquisition teams

Background in change management, organizational development, or business management techniques

Experience with requirements management, tracking, and front-door intake processes

Familiarity with activity and data modeling or information systems development practices

Desired Qualifications

Experience with onboarding standardization at the program or enterprise level

Background supporting large-scale government IT programs or acquisitions

Knowledge of enterprise-level process architecture and integration patterns
