Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes. This role focuses on increasing productivity, efficiency, and product quality while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Process Engineer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support the implementation of new technologies and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Investigate process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve plant performance.
• Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in process analysis and improvement tools.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary range: ₱22,000 – ₱25,000.
• Full‑time schedule, on‑site in Valenzuela City.
