- Facilitate, prepare, set and validate production instruction and standards and initiates improvement of manufacturing operations/processes and provide technical support to production to prevent or eliminate process related problem and non value adding activities
- Facilitate set up of new machine/equipment and engineering process/trial; determines space lay-out including future or additional equipment /machine
- Conduct training to production personnel for new established work standard including process variation
