Process Engineer

D. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

1. Lead and provide technical support to the GNA team to ensure smooth and stable production line operations.
2. Support and follow up on GNA NPI activities, including process setup, testing requirements, validation, and readiness for mass production.
3. Monitor and follow up on product testing activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve problems beyond the capability of technicians.
4. Analyze testing and production data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to achieve and maintain FPY above 99%.
5. Follow up and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECN) to ensure all process and product changes are properly implemented and controlled.
6. Develop, review, and maintain process documentation, testing procedures, work instructions, and process specifications to ensure proper process control.
7. Work closely with Production, Quality, R&D, and Engineering teams to resolve process and testing issues and drive continuous improvement.
8. Identify opportunities for process optimization, defect reduction, yield improvement, and productivity enhancement within the GNA and testing processes.

E. REQUIREMENT OF THE JOB

A. Qualification Required:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Technology, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.

B. Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Process Engineering, Testing Engineering, or Electronics Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in electronics product testing and troubleshooting is required.
• Experience in audio products, RF products, power supply, or other electronic products will be an advantage.

C. Skills:

1. Proficient in using electronic testing and measurement instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, AC/DC power supplies, signal generators, and other relevant test equipment.
2. Good understanding of electronic product testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
3. Familiar with testing and troubleshooting of audio products, RF products, power supplies, and other electronic products.
4. Able to analyze testing data, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
5. Good knowledge of process control, FPY improvement, defect reduction, and continuous improvement.
6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
7. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, Engineering, and NPI teams.
