Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• To analyze and diagnose critical manufacturing quality problems to determine the cause(s) of poor quality and failure.
• Conduct hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve mechanical, process, and operational issues.
• Provide technical assistance to the manufacturing when necessary.
• Periodically review the corrective and preventive action implemented to assure its adequacy and effectiveness.
• Perform periodic verification on the implementation of corrective action mapped out to ensure it is still in place.
• Monitor and analyze process quality trends and rectify any abnormalities.
• Establish work instruction and process control/documentation.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams on process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant working experience are preferred.
• Candidates with relevant internship or industrial training experience will also be considered.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
