Process Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams (PFD) for injection molding processes.
• Create PFMEA documents to identify potential failures in the production process and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop control plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve PPAP documentation for new products or changes to existing ones.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the plastics industry.
• Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, including design, development, and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in creating PFDs, PFMEAs, and other technical documents using software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
