Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support and process ownership for manufacturing operations, with a primary focus on process stability, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Guadalupe, NL plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, materials engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 1+ years in manufacturing environment, data analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing performance.
• Troubleshoot process issues.
• Lead improvement activities.
• Implement sustainable process controls.
• Apply and develop technical knowledge of processes, equipment, materials, and their interaction with product performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced English level.
• Manufacturing process control, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Data analysis, SPC, and process capability.
• Root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Knowledge of electroplating, surface finishing, or chemical manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Green Belt Desirable.
