Process Engineer

• Conducts time-motion studies to set operating standards in various production activities.
• Coordinates with R&D for new product development to establish standard process parameters.
• Issues parameter settings for machine operators.
• Suggests improvements for production efficiency.
• Analyzes and recommends adjustments to increase plant capacity based on product demand.
• Proposes systems to ensure production consistency and capacity without quality loss.
• Adheres to corporate policies regarding governance, safety, and cleanliness.
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensures accountability of tools and equipment per asset management procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· College graduate from a reputable university in Industrial Engineering

· At least one to two (1-2) years of direct work experience in production operations in an industrial manufacturing company

· With working knowledge of ISO quality system

· Good, in-depth working knowledge of ERP systems; knowledge and familiarity with SAP will be a distinct advantage
