What they need
Improve manufacturing processes and production efficiency
Conduct time study and cycle-time analysis
Perform line balancing and manpower calculation
Analyze UPH, productivity and capacity
Identify bottlenecks and process losses
Implement Lean / Kaizen improvements
Develop and maintain process flow and work instructions
Support NPI and production ramp-up
Work closely with Production, Quality, PMC, Engineering and Management
Required Experiences and Skills:
2–5 years Process / Industrial Engineering experience
Strong IE knowledge is important
Time study
Line balancing
Manpower planning
Capacity calculation / productivity improvement
Lean / Kaizen
Process flow / standard work
Data analysis
