What you’ll do

Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. The role involves conducting process evaluations, implementing improvements, and supporting daily operations to ensure smooth and cost-effective production.

• Provide hands-on support to manufacturing processes to maximize plant efficiency and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in or lead process design, setup, implementation, and maintenance activities.
• Review, evaluate, and implement improvements in manufacturing processes, including operating methods, material handling, and equipment layout.
• Optimize workflow, lead time, and machine utilization through effective work organization and setup.
• Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency and establish standard production rates across operations.
• Prepare documentation and reports, review existing processes and equipment, recommend improvements, and conduct weekly internal audits for compliance and sustainability.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferably from State Universities and Colleges).
• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of time and motion studies.
• Familiarity with the 7 QC Tools.
