Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, consistent product quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety standards. The role involves analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing process improvements, and providing technical support to production and other related departments.

Job Description:

· Process Development and Improvement - Develop, establish, and optimize manufacturing processes and production methods.

· Production Support - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.

· Quality Improvement - Work closely with the Quality team to identify and resolve quality issues related to manufacturing processes.

· Process Optimization and Cost Reduction - Identify opportunities to reduce material consumption, labor costs, production time, and operational waste.

· New Product and Process Introduction - Support the introduction of new products, equipment, materials, and manufacturing processes.

· Documentation and Reporting - Prepare technical reports, process studies, improvement reports, and other engineering documentation.

· Safety and Compliance - Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

· Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, and quality control.

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Knowledge of CAD or other engineering software is an advantage.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Willing to work in a production/manufacturing environment.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
