Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with 7–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Hydrocarbon, or EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for process engineering activities across concept, FEED, and detailed engineering stages and should be capable of working effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform process engineering activities for Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, and hydrocarbon projects.
• Develop and review process engineering deliverables for various project stages.
• Prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Heat & Material Balances, and P&IDs.
• Perform process calculations, equipment sizing, and preparation of process datasheets/specifications.
• Carry out process simulations and conceptual studies as required.
• Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, and other process safety studies.
• Work on relief and flare system design and related calculations.
• Coordinate with piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review vendor documents and provide technical inputs/comments.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and HSE requirements.
• Support troubleshooting, commissioning, and technical queries when required.
• Participate in design reviews and coordinate with clients and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers as required.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Process Engineering.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Hydrocarbon, or EPC consulting/design organizations preferred.

• HTFS
• FLARENET
• MS Office

Preferred Knowledge

• API, ASME, BS, ANSI, TEMA and other applicable standards
• International process engineering practices
• Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical process systems

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
