Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Working with manufacturing, QA, Eng, Tech etc ; Be responsible for solving Process problems
• Set Up WI for Production processes, Maintain & upgrade Process Document in accordance to customer and quality requirement
• Continuous process improvement Production efficiency with GUPS/IE Method
• Develop and design tools according to process and quality requirement.
• Improve process performance to attain high first-pass yield, lower production scrap and optimize labor utilization/ process simplification etc
• Train a team of production staff.
• Implement applicable rules and regulations of HSE and On-site HSE Guidelines

• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience

Supervisory Responsibilities

• None
• Assigns tasks to and coordinates work with entry-level engineers, technicians, or administrative staff.
• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies

Requirements And Preferred Skills

• College education, with process or engineering background
• At least 3 years of process experience
• Specialized skills and theology, can consider calmly when facing problems and settle matters with specialized knowledge and managing techniques
• Know and apply some tools such as 6Sigmaand quality system ISO9000/TS1694.
