Process Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer to support process development, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve process performance, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development, optimization, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with troubleshooting production and process-related issues.
• Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support process validation and qualification activities as required.
• Assist with development and maintenance of process documentation and work instructions.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with equipment and process trials, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
