We’re looking for a results-driven PROCESS ENGINEER who can optimize assembly processes, improve product yield, enhance equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement in our solar manufacturing operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Optimize Production Processes – Improve assembly line yield, reduce cycle time, eliminate process inefficiencies, and implement lean manufacturing practices.

Solve Problems, Drive Results – Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other stakeholders to resolve manufacturing issues and achieve production targets.

Design & Improve Tooling – Develop, qualify, and implement jigs, fixtures, and specialized tools to improve productivity and product quality.

Lead Process Qualifications – Manage machine, process, and material qualifications, including equipment buy-offs at supplier facilities.

Drive Data-Based Decisions – Apply statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to identify root causes and deliver sustainable solutions.

Build Manufacturing Excellence – Prepare and maintain process flowcharts, control plans, technical specifications, and other essential engineering documents.

Collaborate & Deliver – Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure manufacturability, reliability, quality, and timely project completion.

Champion Safety & Quality – Uphold Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and Quality Management System standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.

At least 2 years of hands-on Process Engineering experience.

Experience in Photovoltaic (PV) or solar manufacturing is a strong advantage!

Working knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and DMAIC methodologies.

Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, or equivalent software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
