Key Responsibilities- Lead new product launches and pilot runs, ensuring readiness for full-scale manufacturing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality, and supply chain to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
Lead process validation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Align technical inputs with stakeholder expectations and business case criteria.
Conduct feasibility studies and what-if scenario analysis for new product introductions.
Design and refine products for manufacturability, performance, and compliance.
Develop and optimize production/tooling processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and maintain documentation for process flows, procedures, etc.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
